-2-flute precision-ground geometry — symmetrical, sharp cutting edges for stable entry and smooth chip evacuation.
-Multiple point angles available — 118° for general steel; 135° for more stable entry into hardened steel and cast iron.
-Optional internal coolant channels (2-hole or 4-hole) — efficient heat dissipation in deep-hole drilling, significantly improving hole accuracy and tool life.
-Optional TiAlN / AlTiN premium coatings — supports drilling of hardened steels up to HRC 55–65 as well as stainless steel.
-Straight shank with h6 tolerance — high clamping accuracy and minimal runout, compatible with CNC drill chucks and hydraulic holders.
-Full range of metric sizes (D1–D20+) — easy selection and flexible replacement for small batches.
