-Solid carbide substrate — tough core resists fracture during dry milling of pre-sintered zirconia blocks.
-Precision ball nose / flat end geometry — delivers accurate, chipping-free contouring of dental crowns, bridges, and implant abutments.
-Optimized for dry machining — specialized coating and flute design for chip-free, dust-controlled CAD/CAM milling.
-4 mm standard shank — drop-in compatible with mainstream dental milling machines (CEREC, Roland DWX, vhf, imes-icore, and more).
-Full size range — diameters from Ø0.5 to Ø6 mm covering roughing, contouring, and finishing steps.
-Typical applications — milling of pre-sintered zirconia blocks for dental prosthetics, full-contour zirconia crowns, bridges, veneers, and hybrid ceramic materials.
